Postnatal Yoga
Post natal yoga classes are a mindful way to connect with your body post birth of your baby. The yoga classes are focused on you regaining your strength – whilst your baby is alongside you. Whist the focus is on the mother – there are some poses where baby is involved too which is a gorgeous way to connect with each other and gives you postures you can do together at home 🙂
Postnatal Yoga can have so many benefits to both you and your baby. Here are just a few:
